More Costumes v3.0

IMPORTANT NOTE (1):
For better reflections on costumes with reflective properties, enable the 'Sphere Map Reflections' settings mod from Lucas' SHAR Mod Launcher.

IMPORTANT NOTE (2):
A bug has been discovered in this mod in which any costume in any level past the 9th costume available to buy in the shop does NOT count toward the 'Character Clothing' tally on the 'Level Progress' menu. This means that 100% completion of any level in the game with more than 9 costumes available to buy on that level is impossible to achieve. This bug will not affect your ownership of these costumes, just the game recognising as such in specifically the 'Level Progress' menu. This bug would have been fixed before the release of version 3.0, but unfortunately after heavy discussion and troubleshooting with Donut Team moderators, the bug is rooted in a hack developed by themselves that I am not in control of fixing. Once the offending hack is fixed, I am assured by Donut Team that this bug will be no longer.

DESCRIPTION (V1.0):
Played Simpsons Hit & Run to death? Want the same game, only with more content to strive to unlock that actually looks like it belongs? Introducing the 'More Costumes' mod! This mod does exactly what it says on the tin, adds more costumes to each level of the game that could have believably been in the base game both aesthetically and with respect to Simpsons lore and canon. Each level has at minimum 2 new costumes for you to unlock, about an average of 4 if memory serves, totaling to over 20 new costumes added to the game! The costumes are priced based on a formula of that level's base game costume price average multiplied by 0.75. I originally did not include the 0.75 multiplication, but I found that since these costumes provide no gameplay benefits amongst the other costumes in the base game that do provide such benefits, these new costumes should be a bit below average price.
That's all there is to it, a very simple but hopefully satisfying mod that aims to provide a 'Vanilla+' experience for those experiencing fatigue from repeat playthroughs of the game.
This mod will be updated with more costumes over time, however I cannot speak for the scheduling of these update releases. I have many more ideas and planned costumes, but they will have to wait for the future!

~ Homer's costume 'Ice Cream Man' has had it's materials largely reworked and a few meshes overhauled for closer authenticity to base-game costumes
~ Homer's costume 'Ice Cream Man' had a noticable modelling & weighting error around the pelvis in the previous major update, this has now been remedied
~ Homer's costume 'Softball' has had the bat upon Homer's back slightly increased in fidelity for closer authenticity to base-game costumes

~ Apu's costume 'Pin Pal' has been re-made from scratch due to the author's personal dissatisfaction with both the state of the previous model used for the costume and the author's inability to work that dissatisfaction into an improvement that would be easier than simply restarting development of the costume

v2.3:
- Removed 'scripts/missions/rewards.mfk' from CustomFiles
- Added 'scripts/missions/rewards.mfk' to AdditionalFiles, which is a copy of the removed CustomFiles version of rewasrds.mfk mentioned above strippped down to only what this mod adds to the game. This is benefitial on a gameplay level as now this mod is fully compatiable with any other mod that alters 'scripts/missions/rewards.mfk' and it is also benefitial on a tehcnical level because now adding costumes to the costume shop is much easier for me, the developer, to read

v2.2.1:
~ Changed the icon for the mod in the mod launcher to not just be a rough cookie cut of a google image result for the costume shop's model, it is now a Blender Cycles render of the model

v2.2:
- Removed 'Bug Fixes' as a required mod as it was actually completely unnecessary
- Removed 'Sphere Map Reflections' as a required mod as I felt the choice should be left up to the user, it only helps to enable this settings mod but it does no significant harm to leave it disabled

v2.1:
~ Made 'Direct3D9 Support', 'Bug Fixes', and 'Sphere Map Reflections' into required mods for the game to launch with the 'More Costumes' mod enabled. No more infamous 'reflective costumes aren't working' issues!

v2.0:
+ Homer gained the following costumes: 'Conversation Hat', 'Marriage Retreat', 'King Homer (Ape)', 'Softball', 'Sunday Best', 'Tomacco Farmer'
~ Homer's following previously existing costumes got a visual and/or technical update: 'Under Cover', 'Employee', 'Ice Cream Man', 'Dancin' Homer', 'Pink Shirt', 'Vigilante'
~ All of the base game's Homer costumes were updated to have hard-edge shading between Homer's beard and Homer's head
+ Bart gained the following costumes: 'Kamp Krusty', 'Casino Owner', 'Sunday Best (Brown)', 'Stretch Dude'
~ Bart's costume formerly known as 'Sunday Best' has been renamed to 'Sunday Best (Blue)' to better distinguish it from the new costume named 'Sundat Best (Brown)'
~ Bart's following previously existing costumes got a visual and/or technical update: 'The General', 'Burns' Heir', 'Daredevil', 'Sunday Best (Blue)'
~ Fixed the spelling of the costume formerly named 'Leicster' to instead read 'Lester'
+ Lisa gained the following costumes: 'Jebediah Jurer', 'Sunday Best (Pink)', 'Sunday Best (Blue)', 'Little Miss Springfield'
~ Lisa's following previously existing costumes got a visual and/or technical update: 'Lizard Queen', 'Nancy'
+ Marge gained the following costumes: 'No Disgrace Like Home', 'High School', 'Sunday Best', 'Large'
~ Marge's following previously existing costumes got a visual and/or technical update: 'Tennis', 'Cleaning', 'Realtor'
~ All of the base game's Marge costumes were updated to give those costumes the missing black texturing within Marge's mouth
+ Apu gained the following costumes: 'PaperBoy', 'Chocolate', 'HandyMan'
~ Apu's following previously existing costumes got a visual and/or technical update: 'Pin Pal', 'Employee'
~ All of the base game's Apu costumes were updated to have a consistent colour inside of Apu's mouth

v1.1:
~ Added the CustomStatsTotals hack to have level progress tallies update according to the additional costumes

v1.0:
+ First release!
been waiting on something like this forever! amazing!
This is pretty cool, been wanting to see some new costumes for the characters, looking forward to maybe seeing more in the future, my favorites are Evil homer and Donut homer, which I know are already in the game but only useable in level 7, which is a bit of a disappointment, I'd like to use them in level 1 but I'm not sure if that's possible.

(Edit)

Found out you can use a cheat to play as any character.
This is so cool, so far I've played as Pink Shirt Homer, and on Barts level, Blue shirt and Sunday School, Can't wait to see other characters levels, and very much look forward to future ones :).

Great Job.

hey so, idk if you take bug/glitch feedback, but ives notice in Homer 1, the hat with the camera cant remember what you called it. but the camera lens floats behind homers hat, and the army helmet outfit in Bart 1 is completely broken, the glasses nor hat are welded to the character model, just wanted to let ya know! great mod

Yeah, I was aware, and after some sleuthing the community helped me figure out that this was the solution, to quote my OP post:
"Make sure that when running this mod, you enable the 'Bug Fixes' settings hack along with the 'Direct3D 9' settings hack in the Lucas Mod Launcher. The mod will work even if you don't, but all costumes that have reflective properties will be bugged, which is a good quarter of them."
So yeah, just do that and you should be fine : )
I did plan to release a version of the mod with all the reflective bits taken out, but I thought it might get confusing to do so, maybe I can learn some Lua and make it a mod launcher option? : )
For some reason the skin "General Bart" appear floating...if this it´s a bug with some Halloween costumes, it works fine...but the skin visually appear floating.
Hello, can you make this mod decompilable?
